Cutty Sark (blend 40%)
Colour: pale, white wine.
Nose: light fruit- peach, apple, grape, firm grain, gentle malt, touch of oak/honey/vanilla, touch floral.
Palate/mouth feel: semi-sweet, sharp grain, touch of oak, honey, vanilla.
Finish: gentle light fruits & honey sweetness, crisp grain, malt, oak/honey/vanilla, gentle flavours.

Notes: decent light scotch, oak background in finish is a bit too big for this whisky though it’s drinkable and has decent balance between the sweetness and grain.
With water: more honey on the nose, grain bite still present but a lil softer.  For those seeking light flavours, medium sweetness and a decent oak background, give this a go.
